When a particular service applies

• Advisory Service Terms accompany an agreed proposal.
• Fitter and Business Listing Terms apply to authorised business submissions.
• Membership Terms apply only if membership is offered and expressly chosen.

There is no separate web EULA, cookie agreement or refund policy to accept. The platform licence and relevant remedies appear in the applicable terms.
