Suspension constant-load worksheet

Separate permanent front and rear accessory weight before choosing a spring load class.

Permanent accessory loads

Include equipment that stays on the vehicle most of the time.

Start from your vehicle Shows the axle limits your permanent load has to fit inside
1Front of vehicle
2Rear of vehicle
Worksheet, not a spring selector: brands define light, medium and heavy differently. Fuel, water, occupants, cargo, axle leverage, body type and desired ride height also matter. Give these totals to a suspension specialist with measured axle weights.
How the indicative bands work
0–50 kg = standard / light
51–150 kg = medium constant load
over 150 kg = heavy constant load

These are conversation starters only. Match the final spring to the chosen manufacturer's exact load bands and the vehicle's measured axle loads.
