Tyres and compressor
Real flow falls as tyre pressure rises, so treat the result as optimistic.
The headline figure on the box, measured with no back-pressure.
A piston compressor delivers well under its rated flow once the tyre is at 30–40 psi. Set 100 if you are entering a measured figure.
Rated free-air flow is usually measured with little or no back-pressure. Actual inflation time may be substantially longer. Follow compressor duty-cycle and hose-temperature instructions.
